Very difficult shot; odd but true. The expression was difficult. I had one picture that I liked the expression much better but some unwanted props showed in the pic =(
Finally! I get to upload some new pics of the new girl!
Ehh... I had to wipe her beautiful Eludys faceup, unfortunately. I tried to repair the little scuff on her lip, but wasn't successful, and ended up damaging the faceup too much to further repair. :\ Can't always win there, I guess...
Anyway, I spent a few hours over the past week practicing line-work with several fine-tipped brushes... I really wanted to give this girl a special faceup, with better lashes and eyebrows than my working with pencils gives me.
Ended up going through several brushes, until I found one that worked for me. I cut the brushes in half, for a better grip in my left hand too, to reduce the tension and strain I usually experience.
Anyway, I finally felt like I could try a real faceup this past Friday.
Yup! So, this is how she turned out! :D I'm actually pretty pleased, even if I can see imperfections, and even if I know that I need a lot more practice. XD
So... Now this cutie needs a body of her own (she's stolen Stella's). I'd really love to get her a Yu Morisawa SDGr body... I guess the other option would be to mod a SDGr girl body to have a smaller bust... Don't know if I want to get into that... Done a bust mod once, and... it still makes me nervous...
Also, this girl needs a name...
She is Lorelei's little sister. Haven't quite decided how much age difference - either 11 months or 2 years. This depends on how much older Lorelei looks... She may get a new faceup to match her little sister's, and that may make her look younger... Haven't decided yet, as I do love her default SD16 Megu faceup.
As to name... I'm still considering "Selina", "Serena", "Sirena"... Not sure... Need to look at a naming website.
Oh, and the Rinon is wearing one of the pretty Volks outfits I recently got from Y!J. I am so addicted to Volks clothes now... it's not funny... wah
