It was better if I had to use a more brown pencil for the eyebrow and the lashes.... oh well, next time xD

I love fried green tomatoes.
To make: I start with green tomatoes that are starting to turn red, a little pinkish. They are a little juicer at this stage of ripeness. In a skillet (I use a cast iron one) pour about a cup of vegetable oil in it over a mid-high flame. Slice the tomatoes about 1/4 inch thick. sprinkle salt and pepper to your taste. Then coat each slice with cornmeal. When the oil is hot, gently place the slices in the skillet. Brown on each side to your taste. Remove from skillet. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then eat. Delicious.

I am aiming for a kind of 20's starlet look..It is sooo hard to get the lip shape and I am not satisfied with this. Eye shadow is uneven too, but it's great fun! I should really be doing the housework, but can't tear myself away from this project!

I had lots of creative ideas for this week's theme, and I even did some of them (I've never seen pumpkin seeds so close-up before lol). But then I snapped this one, and I just had to use it. It makes me so happy inside to see this smile on my daughter's face as she says "cheese!", and her big gorgeous eyes shining.
Domes are one of the secrets in Light Painting, so much so that apparently no one will say how to make them. I am getting close to figuring it out - just a few more refinements and I'll be ready to take it outside, so to speak.
Light painting-no Photoshop editing other than curves/levels and saturation/vibrance.

I designed, hand painted, and made this bag to serve as my new diaper bag. Can't decide whether I'll make it available as a made to order product in my Etsy shop. The sucker is not that plain (lined inside, zippered, 2 exterior pockets, 3 inner pockets, removable stiff bottom, adjustable straps) and took a long time to make... Just like everything else I do (sigh).
