While the image might sell postcards, I'd suggest you steer clear of the Undersea Gardens. Definitely NOT worth the price of admission.

A modern twist to the south Indian dish, "upma." I add onions, green chili, and udad dal to my dish.
I make this dish with vermicelli noodles that you can get at the local Indian grocery store.
I like to eat this dish with chai :)
St Mary's at Maidwell sits in the heart of the village but surrounded by enough greenery in its lush churchyard to make it feel more private. It is a more modest building of chancel and nave without side aisles and a squat square tower at the west end.
Most of the nave and tower are solid 13th century work though the rounded north and south doorways are relics of the earlier Norman church. The topmost section of the tower however was altered in 1705 with squared off Tudor-style bell openings and a completely flat parapet. The west face lower down is adorned with a 16th century carved heraldic panel. The chancel is entirely a Victorian rebuild from 1891, but done in Early English style to complement the authentic lancet windows in the nave.
Inside the light is somewhat subdued, despite the white-rendered walls, and it took my eyes a moment to adjust on a bright afternoon. This is largely accounted for by the presence of much glass by Kempe, good quality but despite his use of paler tints the busy painted detail in Kempe's work so often reduces the admission of light sharply.
The most notable feature here isn't revealed until entering the chancel, where on the north side stands an imposing monument to Lady Gorges with an arched superstructure and recumbent effigies below (alas a little difficult to see behind the chancel furniture).
Maidwell church was open for Ride & Stride when I called but I believe it is normally kept locked so visitors may need to make arrangements in advance to see inside.
