I will always be amazed by the toucan's colourings; it almost appears to have put on make-up, even more impressive, the make-up never smears! Its aqua eyeshadow and rouge-coloured beak tip are flawless. I'd say this toucan came prepared for a portrait shoot that day.

"spun" off from my motherboard clock, I decided to turn an old hard drive into a clock too. It originally had two disks, but the clock wouldn't have fit, so I just used one. It's on my wall next to my motherboard clock; the original idea was to "connect" them via an ide cable, but the plug on this is no longer there...

There were 5 mature trees here 🌳 as high as the Kilburn building on the left. They were needlessly #felled for the Oxford Road transformation by @officialoum & @officialtfgm in February 2016 #uomtrees by Dunk 🐝

This makes me angry and sad. There have been empty promises about trees being "replaced" with "semi-mature trees" which will look really good in about 30 years time.... Shame on you|!

My guess is they'll be replaced with bus stop and cycle lane. Yay! Much more visually appealing.

Whistler Train Wreck “Suspension Bridge” by Peterson Ph♡tography

The Whistler Train Wreck is a popular, low elevation hike in Whistler. The short trail takes you to the site of a historic train wreck that happened in 1956.

In 2016, a suspension bridge was built over the Cheakamus River, making this an easy hike. Before that, the train wreck was a lot harder to access (requiring illegally crossing train tracks). The area has gained a lot of popularity since the bridge was put in.

The boxcars have been here since the accident occurred, and have since been brightly covered in graffiti. They make a unique sight, contrasting with the natural environment, making them an art gallery of sorts. The area is popular for hikers, photographers, graffiti artists, and mountain bikers.
