I may try a few more of these. I like the effects from the coloured gels on the flash guns.
This is just plain milk into water with a black background.
It's getting harder to come up with new stuff.

就算默然不語
我都深深記住
因你的眼神
使我心裡著迷
已將我心輕輕的留住
With unspoken words
I remember deeply
My heart is captivated by your eyes

淡淡然掠過
神祕又美麗
它恍似驟來的雨
有時候愛是一種眼神
趕走所有苦悶
是你讓我記得自己不是一個人

A simple shot of a red rose. Different lighting color and direction bring out the real red of the flower.
So much intricacy and visual drama that make up a sunflower's center. Used 3 different temperatures of light here trying to show the detail of the spines and still keep the picture warm.
Title inspired by a comment on my Facebook page :)
No photoshop manipulation, one single shot.

In this one, the 3rd drop, a large stray, landed on the first umbrella to form a crown and then continued to form a small mushroom underneath the first collision.
Hairs are standing up from fear. Backlit flower from the back. Low light in the front, Intense light in the back, and a slow shutter.
I thought the centre of this splash was pretty cool and symmetrical with some very neat colour combinations going on. These are the actual colours of the splash. There is red food dye in the drop and a blue gel on one flash and red and yellow gels on the other flash gun. The actual splash is in the comments. This is quite a close crop. I'm ashamed that I did this splash a couple of months ago and only now noticed the details up close.
