Macro Spider and a Drop of Venom

For The Blind Pig Speakeasy Challenge 14 - Macros and Close-Ups: www.flickr.com/groups/photopigs/discuss/72157643799681095/

Taken using a 20 mm extension tube and then cropped way in. I'm not sure what it is. This thing was no more than 2 mm in size or so. I thought it was lichen on the branch until it starting running from the HUGE lens.

Found this little guy in my bathroom..

Would be great to get some feedback from you guys. :)

I found this spider in my bathroom and need a identification if you can help. It kinda looks like a black widow spider, but with out the red markings on it. I think it mite be a male black widow spider do to color and size. Also this spider was up side down when I shot this image. More info on the widow spider here: m.wikihow.com/Identify-a-Black-Widow-Spider

Defiantly view large.

Taken with Venus Optics Laowa 65mm f2.8 Macro APSC

I mean, it's always looking over both its "shoulders".

The late-summer spiders on our property haven't been cooperating with my camera. I would love to see their beautiful detail, but they've been staying balled-up, not spread out. Nevertheless, I managed to get this shot of one of them, wrapping up a meal.

This small spider was long-dead when Janice found it and suggested it might make a nice macro. Now, it's blowing in the winter wind outdoors.

This dude was outside waiting for me this morning. He knew my word was macro. ‪#‎showoff‬
