Another camera shy beetle, seem to have a run on them running away and not showing their face. Still I don't compose my shots, I get what I'm given.

Went bug hunting yesterday with my new toy (D700), only managed to shot for abt an hr or so and it started drizzling!! Got to abandon my macro mission thereafter, though shortlived, still managed some decent shots to share with all! Happy Viewing!!!

 

Taken with D700 + 105 VR f 2.8 + Raynox 250 + R1, 30% cropped.

this is my first airborne shot using a reverse lens...kinda tricky to do.
