Thought I'd try out some household macros. The drops are on a mixing whisk and the refractions are coming from the cheese grater behind it.

Another experiment of mine. Correctly exposed light produces interesting results.
My first "real" macro test with an extension tube...focusing with the 50mm is a PAIN, but for a first try I'm happy :D

I have no idea what type of rock this is, but I do like rocks. I found it on the Wellington river in Licola, Victoria.

I had put this DIY diffuser on the flash for the first time and was trying out exposure and flash power adjustment. So in that trial, I took this shot of a lily stamen and surprisingly, almost everything was in place. Moreover, the subject was nicely in focus too.
