This Allium is the smaller and darker version I have by our sidewalk, when I brought it in the kitchen was closed 2 days later it fully opened, in the vase for 2 weeks and still looks live.
Circles within circles - picture is actually the bottom of a small colander, and is about 2 inches across, which a bit of digital fiddling. It is not, as some of you might think, a view of a selection of (well ordered) small planets, passing through the rings of a Saturn-like gas-giant (in which case it would not be a macro !)
Theme of the week: Fingertips
I found this immature strawberry in my backyard 2017-11-11, and couldn´t really belive what a saw. With the upcoming theme for Macro Mondays fresh in mind, I thought that this could be "a winner" :-)
