In this shot we more clearly see the yarn coming off the machine. It later begins to animate and guide us to the other dimension portrayed in the film. We used lens with very shallow depth of field to achieve this look.

how technology has changed is that, before the war, people could tell how something worked by looking at it, and probably repair it themselves: bicycles, sewing machines, motorbikes, cars...
Now that is no longer the case, and some people feel alienated.
Lots of people suffer from chronic, major back discomfort. The contrary holds true: back discomfort doesn't need to be a well known fact of life. You may make changes in your own life to lessen your pain or eliminate it altogether. Implement the ideas provided in this post and you are certain to feel a lot of relief.
Look for a firm mattress to prevent aggravating your back discomfort. Soft mattresses usually do not give good back support so shouldn't be an alternative. Firm mattresses are preferable, but a mattress which is too firm may cause pain too. You might have to go to many stores and try different types of mattresses at each location before getting a mattress that feels directly to you.
It may take more than a day to schedule a scheduled appointment to obtain your back treated, and also the time until then could be uncomfortable. The most frequent resting position for anyone with back injuries, including ruptured discs, would be to lay using the back flat and bent knees. Your muscle mass and tendons can relax quicker.
You can find fitness programs that are very effective in decreasing injuries towards the back and also the pain that is a result of them. Yoga, along with other exercises that promote flexibility, can stop you from straining a muscle. Also, strength based routines can target your core and are perfect for those who do plenty of lifting and utilize their back muscles a great deal.

This sculpt is primarily Apoxie Sculpt with some found objects.. It has a strobe in the right eye to simulate a nightmare projector, the left eye is a moving carousel that also plays music. The side key turns gears which turns on the workings of the mask.
The Story:
The mask is an ancient relic that has a way to remove nightmares. The subject in the image has self inflicted wounds because of her horrible nightmares and is using the mask to hopefully remove them. However there is a darkness behind the mask and it is bringing the nightmare out into our world, via a mysterious black liquid.

This huge machine part is quietly rusting away on a patch of waste ground in Mill Street in Watchet. I've no idea what it is, but it is huge - taller than me! Perhaps it is an old part of the nearby paper mill, or maybe it had something to do with the Mineral Line Railway which ran near here.
Utsonomyia, Japan: this one had it all: Fruit flavoured cigarettes, coloured cigarettes, cigarillos, kreteks, pipe tobacco cigarettes.
Alas, it was out of order. it was both the only non-working vending machine I saw in all Japan, and the only one that sold these particular cigarettes.

I made some chances to the design and used some different parts, but mainly the electronics are the ones on schematic. I had a plast doing this and it is fun to do something that you dont know at all what it will do hiw it will sound. I could notfind any videos on this built. ButIi was exremely happy when I got it working. And it is a cool machine and sound awesome in my opinion.
I will do graphics or text at least for the knobs as soon as I get white paint. ;)

When we hit Tokyo we had about 20,000 Yen between us ($200 US). After buying cheeseburgers and train tickets, we were down to about $90, barely enough for tickets back to Narita Airport. Before dinner we went in search of an ATM that would accept our American Visa debit cards. We hit half a dozen and none of them worked with them. I immediately started worrying that we would be spending the next week in the airport and would have to sneak out of the inn without paying. After a sleepless night we found this machine in a nearby post office. The fee was stiff to use it but it worked. I still love this machine and its cheery raccoon cartoon character. We were so damn happy to find it we immediately got on a subway train to Tokyo Disneyland.

This old treshing machine would look much better at the agricultural museum at Berga than it does here outside the collapsed barn at the old Högsta farm. The first time I saw it it was still inside the barn.

18 inch piece that I serged edges to use for cat beds. Not sure you can see the stitching but it is the best I have done free motion. I should have used a solid fabric but one of my goals this year is to clear out my old stuff from the stash! Even doing this small piece gave me a pain in the neck. I can quilt much longer on the frame without pain.

As the groom and groomsmen were being photographed in their various permutations (such as being included and then excluded from particular photographs based on whether they were family or friend), other relatives were assembling and making themselves useful in preparing the sanctuary — and the participants — for the wedding.
Among them was this aunt of the bride, who of everyone at the wedding is thought to have travelled farthest: she is from England. I am supposed to email her with a link to this photograph, so she can use it to thank the woman who helped her with the machine embroidery that produced the leaves on the shoulder and waist of the coat.
I would like to come back to the issue of water – and the shortage of it – at Versailles. Ever since Louis XIV started building water fountains in the gardens of Versailles in the 1640's, until his death in 1715, kingdom engineers have been struggling with the problem of getting enough water to satisfy the increasing demand. All kinds of schemes have been devised as solutions. Some were fairly simple like tapping nearby ponds or digging trenches to create new ponds (the Grand Canal; the Swiss Pool). Others were more ambitious like diverting rivers (the Bièvre; the Eure). But one of the most interesting projects was building this machine called The Marly Machine. This contraption was built along the Seine River, about seven kilometres north of Versailles. It is pictured here in a 1723 painting by Pierre-Denis Martin, which hangs inside the palace. What the machine did – or was supposed to do – was to tap water from the Seine River, lift it some 100 metres above the level of the river and channel it into an aqueduct that would then take it to a reservoir at the Palace. A series of waterwheels was constructed in the river which activated a series of pumps to lift the water. The lifting was done in three stages. It worked, although not as well as it was supposed to. Consequently, full capacity was never achieved and the machine was plagued with frequent breakdowns and all kinds of leaks that prevented it from being a real solution to the water supply problem at Versailles. Remnants of the machine can still be seen along the river.
