Beram is a small medieval town in the central Istria. Close-by there is a humble cemetery church (Sv. Marija na Škriljinah) which is hosting one of the most precious cycles of frescoes in Istria. In 1474 they were painted by Vincenc from Kastav. At that time a quite popular motif was "danse macabre", reminding us, that facing death we are all equal.

Let me tell you a story. I was never the girl who had the world wrapped around her finger. I spent restless June’s on swings when not hiding behind the 4 corners of a Kindle “if you don’t like the world you’re in, you can change it”.
I re -ｆｕｓｅ to conform.
I want to write my life like I would read it. I need to ｆｕｓｅ with the characters, throw myself down unexpected roads, turn left when the signage shows right, get rid of every noun non needed, every wrong adjective.
I need to let life slip through me with palms stretched around chains that lock me to the Earth as the world turns upside down and I’m a mess and I’m a light in someone else’s darkness, the disruption of spilled wine on carpet, a stain you can’t wash away.
