Steamed Asparagus

Avocado

Tomato

Baby Spinach

Rocket

Kalamata Olives

Black Chia Seeds

Organic Flaxseed Oil

Processing of Fruits & Vegetables - Farm Gate to Dinner Plate

 

Stevia rebaudiana, sweetleaf sugar substitute

100g plaice fillet, roughly chopped

100g raw peeled King prawns, roughly chopped

150g baked sweet potato, cooled & roughly chopped

11g fresh red chilli, finely chopped

50g pak choi

1/4 tsp ground cumin

Sea salt

Coarse ground black pepper

 

Combine all the ingredients except the pak choi and mix well.

Put a pak choi leaf in each of 2 ramekin dishes and then fill with the fish & potato mixture.

Place in a pan of boiling water (about 1 1/2 deep)a and steam, covered, for 10 minutes.

Add the pak choi and steam for a further minute.

 

Be careful when turning them out of the moulds as liquid will escape.

 

Serve and enjoy.

This soup is vegan and more filling than I can explain. Again, I found the recipe on Dr. Oz's Real Age site. I made extra wheat berries and froze them as well as about half of the soup itself. I'm curious to see what leftovers will taste like.

On a diet, looking for low-calorie options. This one turns out to be a nice little compilation. It's very tasty and it's very low in calories.

I always order this, my favourite salad dish. It's very yummy. But quite high in calories actually for a salad dish, but well, at least the calories come from the chicken, so there will be protein!

Aha! A protein bar can taste good! This one's as tasty as Reese's, without that weird "protein bar" taste.

 

They're gluten free and low fat too (bonus: I CAN EAT THEM!). Definitely handy snackage food.

60g soaked mung beans (30g uncooked)

82g mushrooms

Fresh green chilli

210g tinned tomatoes

50g red onion

15g fresh coriander

20g Alpro plain soya yoghurt

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp ground coriander

Black pepper

Salt
