3 exp....top part of peninsula hotel hongkong hdr.....processed in photomatix n edited in adobe cs3... i love hdr....
HDR image of our christmas tree this year. We went for a more dramatic image. The entire tree had a theme of nature and fall. I love how with HDR you can see the detail of the feathers on the large bulb ornament. Gotta love HDR.
Thoughts?
This one was for my own self indulgence, come on, you all know I love HDR. This was taken at the site of the Battle of Waterloo from atop the minument "Butte de lion"
This is the wide angle view of my vision tonight.
Straightup unedited right from the camera.
Decided to shoot a regular exposure today at an elevated ISO. Was hoping I could capture the light and color of this sunset and it came out well, but I'll always be disappointed with the lack of visibility offered by today's camera's when it comes to the underexposed ground level subject matter. I could clearly see the opposite shoreline and cloud bank this evening when I took this. The only positive is that the sunset lighting and color came out really good.
Thats why I love HDR imaging so much. I just wish it were easier to get true life color and lighting with today's software.
This shot was taken from my usual sunset location at Arun Residence, overlooking Wat Arun.
Viewing this shot reminds me of how lucky I am with life, health, family and friends!!! THANKYOU GOD!
I love HDR....it makes even the dullest days look interesting.
I drive past this tree every day...twice! it was just asking to be photographed ;o)
Oh, this time it's made from 3 bracketed JPEGS, I still don't know if that's better than one RAW ?!
This is s good example of why I love HDR! The picture on the left is straight form the camera, it was metered as a 0 exposure. Bad shadows blown out highlights! On the Right is a 5 exp HDR tonemapped in Photomatix the brackets were all 1 2/3 apart.
