This Gertrude Street projection festival really gets you looking up! This is one design in a series projected onto public housing flats. It's a grainy photo but hopefully you get a sense of the scale - amazing!
This sculpture was erected at our local hospital this week. There is talk of them closing the hospital......???
I stumbled on workers assembling a tower crane at Robson and Granville Streets. Happily, I passed by just as they were starting to raise a new segment to the tower. Unhappily, I only had time to stay for this one segment.
This is the arm of the helper crane, bending a little under the load of a segment of the tower.
I love this stairwell. Only two more weeks of class and then it will be gone as a photographic subject. Of course, unless I take another class...

This has been attached to the 'Glegg Arms' Wirral for a very long time - front claws are gripping the top of the ridge tile - I always thought - dragon - now not sure. Anyone good on taxonomy I will be happy to be updated.
