It's not easy for me to take a macro of a tripod without a tripod!... so I needed to bump up ISO to 25600 in order to take hand held @ 1/160th.

We went to Arezzo and it was closed....

Actually, for our cat, this enforced lock-in has not been very relaxing. She likes her space, and having all four of us around all the time has resulted in just too much attention.

It was a busy day at the office; I was training people all day. There's nothing like a day of training people to remind yourself what your weakness are when it comes to the job.
Lots of questions and some had to go unanswered, but that's okay because I'll figure out the answers and share the knowledge tomorrow.
I find training people to be exhausting but it's also a great way to figure out what I need to work on, and where to build.
I believe it was Albert Einstein who said "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." and I agree with this line of thought and strive to follow it when it comes to teaching people.
