Her's my LO inspired by the advert. Very simple for me! Not much embellishment - but I have been out all day today!
These pics were taken in May 2010, The top one in Central NB on May 8th, the middle one on May 14, in Charlottetown, PEI and the bottom one on May 24 in Central NB, it is amazing that the two NB pics that were taken a week before and a week after the one in PEI show that there were hardly any trees with buds while we had the leaves on ours extra early this year in NB, the weather and temperatures are about the same as ours, they did have green grass and mowed their lawns but not many leaves.
I still am not sure what my style is except that it is fairly clean and i use a lot of three's of whatever embellishments i use and i also like swirls but not always room on the page for them.
Maybe someone else can tell me what my style is. LOL
Been sorting some scraps for this and decided to finish today. Since it is seasonal, it seem perfectly fine to use flowers on my "boy" photos. This used a lot of scraps and was a fun way to use extra pics of my grandson and his sister.
This will be a double page spread. I had sooooo many photos it took a long time to figure out how to get them all on a dps.
The eastbound merchandise was really long, so long that I suspected that there would be a DPU on it. I set up for a going away shot and was rewarded with this.
You can't fool me all the time!

I used a page map from May 2010. My then d-i-l and I walked the Portland Marathon. I haven't done it since tho. The pp are older AC, the alpha is an old BG that I painted to match the pp. Couldn't believe I found something to match my T.
I think i like a balanced page, at least this is what i assume from my LO. It seems that a balanced everything in my life flows over to my LO's.

Hello and welcome to another game that actually can be categorized in more than a one category, it's a puzzle game that deals with trucks.

Loads of scary monsters around in Glasgow today. Nothing unusual for a Saturday in 'The Toon', but the monsters don't normally come out until after the pubs shut. I think the advert behind this bloke was something to do with it.
Not a bad day, although the weather did break later in the afternoon. Glasgow seemed extra busy this afternoon. Since September weekend is past and so is the October week, we must be on the slide into Christmas. Oh dear.

Inspired by The Scrapbooker's Almanac- May is Get Caught Reading Month and I've had this one "on deck" to be scrapped for awhile!
The library card is from Shimelle and I think she posted them on 2Peas at some point (I'm scrapping via a little cottage in the woods and not at my regular computer)- if you want the link I can put it on here later this weekend. It pulls out to reveal more journaling. thanks for looking!

This is a layout that I have been thinking about for awhile now & finally sat down and put it together. A few of the "cheerios" are pop-dotted, but that's hard to see in the scan. Thanks for looking!
2.4 metre lengths of wood fit easily in the rear of our Volvo XC70, like the Volvo before (a V70) it's front passenger seat back can be folded down (there are 2 latches on the rear) to create extra space. This lot will become a garden gate... once I've built it.
Long live the practical Volvo estate car.
