We took the Model T to the train station. Later in the day it broke down. Luckily it wasn't on the way to the train!
Page 2 - LO was made in a class by Fancy Pants at the MemoryWorks Retreat. I LOVE this and it is totally something I would do on my own (well not so much that color of ribbon )
It's been a great LOAD and I really enjoyed myself. Thanks to all for the encouraging comments on my layouts. It really helped keep me going. And all the amazing layouts I saw in the gallery sparked my creativity. Hope to see you all at the next one!
Another train load of passengers taking their seats on a train at Diamond Valley Station.

I made a page like this for my son during February's LOAD challenge . . . so it sort of fits with today's prompt of "reusing."
Template from Cathy Z
This page took me a while to do but I'm glad I did it. Thank you load 214 I never thought I would be able to do 28 days but I did. It has been great to see so many creative pages and to get a lot of ideas. Thank you.
Yeah, I'll bet. Almost made me feel bad I didn't bring my laundry with me. I could have sat in there watching it spin or tumble dry or something exciting.
Since I am doing nothing but scrapbooking our fun vacation, fot today's prompt I purposefully went a bit deeper with my journaling.

Sketchy Sunday-my version of the given sketch...
Title- A Chopped Cookoff Birthday..
small journal circles make note of who's cooking and who won.
I took the prompt and used it to scrapbook a couple of random photos of our flat in Glasgow and how the girls spent down time on our holiday - on their devices! Process video is here: youtu.be/WBwsneZuMi0

Loading up gear for the charter over to Clark Island State Park with Outer Island Expeditions. Photo by Thomas O'Keefe.
This loading chute is a fixture on a farm I recently visited. I am somewhat enamoured of older structures, and this one caught my fancy when I saw it the other day.
By the look of it, I am pretty sure it has not been used for a while.
loading up 4 bikes is not an easy task and required some maneuvering indeed but Rich was always up for the challenge. Bike ride #1 was completed!!
I did a traditioal page of the competition - washi tape, jewels, ellison die cut of the USA from Archivers, competitor paper and postage stamps that were from my stamp collection. Here is the journaling
A study of the Competition
[On the die cut] Heard someone say this is the best show in the U.S.A. 15 miles from me
Novi, Michigan
All I use is Creative Memories 99%. [under the die cut] Because I am a consultant (exception is X box by Xyron)
Under the Washi tape:
1) I went to the Great Lake mega Meet to see my friend Kathleen and the LOAD group.
2) While there I made a study of The Compeptition 30 Everything on the page is a competitor product from Creative Memories
In Summary:
1) Washi tape is fun 2) Mega Meet did NOT have what I want 3) Saw Kathleen and she is my picture of the day; she is the head of our Picture of the Day Group. 4) Did not see LOAD sisters at Archivers. Wished everyone well.
A rough layout but I'm happy with the way it turned out. Something that needed to be put down on paper for sure.
The Red Herring - The Touring Bike on the Raceway. In 2012, Mike wanted to get better at handling the motorcycle and signed up for classes. The classes were held at Sears Point Raceway - should have been a clue. Rather than rent one of there bikes, he rode the Kawasaki 1500 WITH the saddle bags & trunk. He impressed the other riders & the teachers by being able to do everything that the race bikes were doing!
