OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA-Live Composite mode. The light trails in the water were caused by Kayak's with LED lights running the length of the Kayak and the LED lights on the Tridge. ISO 1600 was in error, must have accidently moved it.
Olympus EM-1 II with the M. Zuiko 12-200 mm. Multiple 20 sec exposures over a hour. Looking southward from the South Eastern U.S.
While one camera took a continuous set of stills, this camera took 107 15sec frames (covering 26.75min) composited in camera using Olympus Live Composite Exposure Mode and captured some of the cacophony of activity - boaters, people with flashlights on one side of the lake illuminating trees on the opposite side of the lake, people on that side of the lake swearing at the ones inconsiderately wielding their flashlights, occasional oohs and aahs when one group of people saw a bright meteor, passing cars illuminating the rocks in front of the camera, and planes and satellites crossing the sky at various angles. Can you find the one meteor in this photo? Trillium Lake, Mt Hood National Forest, Oregon OM12828
Vidhana Soudha lit up colourfully on the occasion of India's Independence day that will be observed on August 15th.
Not the first flash of lighting I post for the project (#140 was another one), but the first one I didn't have to crop. What I did have to do was clean out some raindrops on the lens 😆 - a proper thunderstorm comes with rain, and you see plenty of black dots around the flash of lighting. They're part of the package 😊
OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA- Boats anchored with lights move with the flow of river on the left, boats motoring into position on the right. An airplane above creates light trails.
Two sailboats on the Willamette River passing under the Tilikum Crossing and Ross Island Bridges, Portland, OR To the eye - see the original LiveComposite starting image in first comment below - the anti-crepuscular rays in the sky were completely invisible, but NikColorEfex Detail Extractor and Contrast Color Range really brought out the very subtle details hidden in the sky. Took a series of Live Composite images in order to remove people, which in one exposure (not shown) worked great; but the images with people turned out to be much more interesting. Portland, OR O3936,39,41,42e4K

Tried to emulate/mirror the colors of the building against sky and clouds, hope it worked.
First try out of Live Composite mode on the Olympus E-M10 II with the 12-45 F4 Pro Lens.
I've only recently got this camera. Despite them being out for 10 years! Up till recently I've always shot with Canon DSLRs. I started shooting film last year with a Canon AE-1 Program, I found I took it around with me so much more than the DSLR purely down to the size and weight. I started looking at other options and decided to purchase one of the older Olympus models. I'm amazed with how much technology these old mirrorless cameras have. Ten years on these are still truly fantastic cameras.
This is a view I have never shot in my many trips to San Francisco. I knew the view was from Montgomery Street, but I wasn't sure about the cross street. I started at Union Street and walked down. This is the view from the stairway between Union and Green.
This display nicely shows the range of pinhole sieve diffraction patterns for fireworks, only the brightest more condense parts of the display generate the colander like diffraction pattern. My first attempt at astrophotography! Taken with my E-M10II using Olympus's nifty "live composite" mode, which is a clever feature and makes this kind of shot as simple as possible to execute. It was a clear night, out in the country and without too much light pollution -- close to ideal conditions. But I still wasn't sure how it would turn out. I left the camera going for an hour and have to say I'm pleased with the result. The light trails from passing jets are an unexpected bonus.
