The current terminus of the Grand Union Canal Wendover Arm at Little Tring. This section of the canal was restored from complete dereliction and reopened in 2004. Work is underway to extend it further. 4th February 2013.

I had never seen a speed limit sign with its own color-changing light. This is on the campus of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

Ok, the 144,000 limit for heaven isn't a Mormon belief. It's Jehovah's Witness, I think. Just goes to show that any crap in the bible can be interpreted by believers to mean just about anything. Slavery, genocide, rape, murder and more can all be justified with scripture. But we don't because modern understanding of morality beats the piss out of comically-outdated bronze age "ancient wisdom."
Tough day for pictures...between work and a short 15 minutes to walk around the mall seeking something of note to photograph this was what I ended up with. Perhaps the most exciting thing about this shot is that the mall management made a beeline over to where I was shooting this and wanted to know "who I was with" and then "what the photo was to be used for..." I explained my name was sazzy and I was involved in this Area 52 project and that my hair is normally whiter than this but I had just dyed it this 'lighter shade of gray' and did they think it looked good and that I was talking photos everyday of different things related to inter-galactic space travel based here in the mall and further more if they were really interested I might be able to sneak them on board the next departing ship and lastly would they mind if I took a photo of them to show to my commander?
So... worked like a charm.
I posted my bail just in time to get home and get this posted for our 365 project. Seems worth it.... :)
Any of you out there who don't really know me yet....I'm kidding! (my name isn't sazzy!)
