Paysages de l’Étang de Salses (66)

Over 100 guests attended our first event in our anniversary series, Reimagining Living: Building within our Planet’s Limits. Together we explored radically new ways of living, building, and designing our cities.

Our speakers united perspectives from Switzerland and the Bay Area, raised questions like “What makes a city a city?”, and guided us through an evening, that challenged our perspectives.

This event was created in collaboration with FUSTIC, EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), Enterprise for Society Center (E4S) and kühne wicki / Future Stuff.

This event was sponsored by Innovaud.

And supported by the ECAL University of Art and Design Lausanne, Future City Alliance (SmartCity Alliance & CityZen), and Innovation Booster Swiss Smart Cities.

I can see the limitations of my lens!

All the party foods and drinks of which I am not allowed to partake. Sigh.

“Aquele que nada tem, tudo pode arriscar que nada tem a perder”.

Há por aí uns quantos que ainda não perceberam que estão a tirar tudo a muitos.

E quando muitos nada tiverem…
