Well, I had an idea. This popped into my head the other day and I just had to try and get it out. All shot with dollar store props, that place is a goldmine!

It looks like I made it through the first week. That's a good enough reason to change the kitchen ceiling lightbulbs.

The burning filament in a lightbulb. A hole was drilled in the bulb to let the air in to let the filament burn in a few seconds.

Fitzgeralds Hotel & Casino (formerly known as Sundance) located on Fremont Street recently announced a name change from Fitzgeralds to *drumroll* .... The D. D as in dumb, I assume. Here are some digital photos of the property I shot last week.

Playing around with some of the built-in features on my cameraphone. Negativity makes it blueish and presumably an extremely bright point caused that 'black hole'.

A lightbulb being smashed by a falling ball bearing. Taken as part of my CSYS physics project c. 1984. It was taken on a cheap manual SLR, b/w film, and printed in the school darkroom. Sadly, it's the only print of the project I have left.
