this is the shot i took with film, i didn't upload it even though it's better cos my other one was getting loads of attention.
the title is more about me this time i think.
I took this shot at the San Francisco Museum Of Modern Art. A lightbulb on a table in a lowly-lit room.
its hard to tell here but that lightbulb actually turns on and off...definitely the bronze medalist in my book...but only because he had minor technical difficulties with his switch.
This is my first go at a photo manipulation project.
This picture represents the ideas and thoughts I have that I find too difficult to express or explain sometimes, and the feeling of being trapped inside your own mind.
Here's my "studio" ie: my 2nd bedroom. As you can see, its very cluttered, a nightmare for managing reflections. And i can't be bothered to clean it hehe. Also, that big window is a reflection nightmare too.

We don't have too many of these in our house any more. They are a dying breed, as more CFL's make their way into our sockets. I know they're hot and inefficient (for the most part) but I do think there's something so cool about a hot, glowing tungsten filament.

The glass edges give off plenty of shadows and the darkness at the top of the image gives a great contrast to the light in the rest
Little lightbulbs that came out of some sort of electronics; accented with copper & steel, & mauve Austrian crystals.
