Back in 2015 I started doing a series called ‘Miniaturising Dan Whitaker’ where I would place Dan in various holes, nooks and crannies that I found on location at our shoots.

Initially inspired by James De Luna’s miniature series I proceeded to cram Dan into smaller and smaller objects sometimes with hilarious results 😂.

Over the course of that time, I came to realise that Dan was not only a good sport but in fact one of the UK’s greatest LP models, he is capable of performing many different and difficult poses.

Some are so delicately subtle they could be almost mistaken for the same one, but let me put the record straight today and tell you they are not, ‘Asleep Man’ is widely different to ‘Semi Asleep Man’, as you can clearly seen here.

Anyway here’s Dan crammed in another hole.

Lens swap between the 24-70mm S to the Samyang 14mm S.

We were fighting against an almost full moon here, so this picked up more ambient background behind the hut than I would have liked.
