Niet zo uitgebreid als vorige jaren, maar op het stukje duin achter de vuurtoren liggen weer een flink aantal glazen bollen in de avonduren continu van kleur te veranderen....
officieel: LightArt Kijkduin: van december tot februari worden in de duinen aan de boulevard en op het Deltaplein een groot aantal lichtbollen geplaatst die continue van kleur veranderen

This egg had gone out of date so I carefully emptied it, back lit it and blew some vape at it to make it look like a dragon egg.

I created a fractal on my phone which I then converted to a bitmap. Pinged it to an sd card, played it on a loop on the dlw whilst rotating the camera. Finished off with a 9 x rotation of the www.lightpaintingbrushes.com black fibers for the blue matter around the edge.

Rotating bokeh is my current favourite thing as is using my large diffuser to outline the human form.
Step 1.
Herramientas black fiber optic brush sat on my led lenser P7.2 sat in a cup. Rotated 8 times with the lens cap replaced between each.
Step 2.
Moved behind the diffuser with a flashgun gelled blue pointing at the wall behind me . Both on full power @24mm. Popped the flashes with the remote in my mouth before replacing the lens cap again.
Step 3.
Orangey fractal displayed on the tablet, tripod re-positioned roughly pointing at the middle of the screen. Camera rotated 180ish degrees whilst zoom pulling in and out.
Minor adjustments in Lightroom for contrast an a minor crop.

My Brother in light, the and only DAWN came to visit Aurora Movement in Berlin and we spended a fantastic time together with his mate and the Movin Apes.
Still inspired from the Lightpainters United Meetup #2 in Belgium I had one concept in my mind and this was the perfect company to create it.

Another from our recent Yorkshire jaunt. Whilst Mart, Paul and Phill finished their creations by the temple I mooched off to this art installation close by.
I was kindly helped by the chaps to ameliorate my stars on my DLW to finer points of light and was keen to put it to use here.
Lit using the @lacelightphotos beautiful back light scanner, then a generous waft of the DLW within the confines of the portal with a swift walk back to camera for a lead in with more stars.
We finished up shortly after and home for beers, food and a little more LP.
Pitted.
Pacing round the house looking for inspiration and finally found it with an old cushion cover which has a rather snazzy 3d weave going on.
Cross lit in red and blue just for a change, tripod swap to blown out hand which was back lit by a softbox.
Light Art Photography, no layers, no composing, no tricks, only moving the camera in one single exposure.

Depletion.
I thought I'd reach for the tinfoil this evening. Not to protect my head from 5g but for a much more useful purpose. A touch of light painting.
I started out with the rainbow pattern playing on my mini dlw but then thought it would look cool with the contrast of hot vs cold.
Lit obliquely from the right using the lp brushes orange filter attachment, then from the opposite side using a green/blue scrolling pattern from the dlw.
A few tweaks in LR and jobs a good un.
