It started off as a right dull, depressing day today so I've been wondering for a while what to get a picture of. The dog started playing up so we've put her outside and the sun suddenly came out, so here it is! This was actually taken through the glass.

Let us pray that our great Nation remains United and the scourge of Scottish Nationalism that seeks to destroy our Country is defeated. Scottish Independence will be bad enough for England, Wales and Northern Ireland but even worse for Scotland. I pray the divisive nationalists can accept defeat with dignity and respect the result and leave behind the poisonous bitterness they have already used to pitch Scot against Scot. Let us be proud of our Scots heritage and proud to be British too.

Based on this film still. We're currently doing a topic called ''Self Image'' and one of the tasks was to find a film still and base a photo on that. This is mine of that film still from the film ''Let me in''.
I actually took this in the lift at college haha. Was the only place that was dark enough and that i could use a mirror :)

Day 27 of 365 day challenge -
Self Portrait
So my life has been a little chaotic lately. There have been goals that are coming close to impossible to reach and I've found new, unexpected expenses coming my way. To put it bluntly, I have just discovered that not only do I have tendinitis, it is so severe that I will be needing surgery very soon! I can only write two sentences before my whole hand seizes up and I am in too much pain to think describable. Another wonderful thing to happen is my job falling under, only getting two shifts a week is not something I can afford and looking for a new job is almost impossible at this time in the summer.
BUT I have decided I need to breathe. It is far too much for me to stress right now so I must let go. I will be trying to find another job for the next few weeks and work towards learning to write with my left hand! I always tell people that sometimes life hits you hard just to see how hard you're willing to hit back. Well I'm willing, and life, you're going to get hit quite hard very soon.
