New things are coming! So this week started out with my good friend Alex's 18th birthday! We gathered all of our close friends and headed into Boston for a night of fun. We ate at this amazing Italian restaurant that I have taken a few of my friends to before and they all loved the food as I expected. It is one of my favorite places to go. Wednesday was going to be an ordinary day of me waking up early with George and Alex to hit up the gym but things took a bit of an unexpected turn. We ended up starting a weekly vlog. We have tried this before actually but nothing really came of it. I was still recovering from my broken leg at the time and we weren't hanging out enough to make a fun weekly vlog. We decided to give it a go again and my god was it fun to shoot this week. Our first video goes up today at 10:00AM and I am so exited to share our crazy antics with you all! This vlog is a way for all of us to be able to document our friend group and have videos of our favorite moments. I hope you all can watch along and laugh a bit as well.

I can't wait to see what the next week will bring!

For the daily challenge......"arches"

I was out braving the shopping mall today trying not to let the pre-Christmas crowds get me down. I happened to come upon this little house which immediately transported me back to my childhood and my Mother's favorite Christmas decorations. She had a grouping of little houses similar to this which she would create a little vingnette with on the hall table. I knew that I had to have this one for myself. It was just a happy accident that it happened to have "arched" windows.

I doesn't bother me that the hightlights are blown in the main window. I think it feels inviting and adds a real spark to the picture.

What do you think? Is age just a number when it comes to age and relationships?

So there is this girl. And she's older than me by maybe 10 years... [yes thats right] In all honesty when I first met her I thought she could have been, at most, a few years older than me. And when she met me she thought that I was a few year older than i actually am. Thats how it started. In our minds we were actually very close in age, which in fact belied the truth. Now, knowing the truth, my feelings still haven't changed. Although, to many people that I have told this to have given me some strange looks and uncertain comments like... "Dude, are you crazy?!?!" And yes, maybe its is just a little bit crazy. But hey, a little crazy never hurt anyone right? haha. jkjk.

This is what I've been thinking about lately. Does age really matter? If you can have a good time, laugh and enjoy one another's companionship. A lot of people say age is just a number, but what if it was someone close to you? What would you say?
