I had a wonderful conversation about depression yesterday, from one person who suffers to another. There is hope, talk. Talk to someone you trust, talk to someone who also suffers, but talk! You are not alone, there are a lot of us out there. Conversation is the best anti-depressant out there!

When I find myself in times of trouble, mother Mary comes to me,
speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
And in my hour of darkness she is standing right in front of me,
speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be.
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be.
And when the broken hearted people living in the world agree,
there will be an answer, let it be.
For though they may be parted there is still a chance that they will see,
there will be an answer. let it be.
Let it be, let it be, .....
And when the night is cloudy, there is still a light, that shines on me,
shine until tomorrow, let it be.
I wake up to the sound of music, mother Mary comes to me,
speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
Let it be, let it be, .....

These flowers were in a cooler at Grassi's Florist in downtown Tacoma Washington, where Akyo (the floral designer) can easily reach them to add to one of her lovely floral creations.
I am not sure what the name of these flowers are, but they remind me of daisies.

Accostamenti gastronomici:da accompagnare ascoltando la canzone di Natale più inquietante di sempre"Celtic Woman - Carol Of The Bells"
Lets dance,
Don’t be shy just move your feet.
Lets dance.
Every beat that plays through a song,
Every move that your partner makes,
Something so simple, you’ll never do wrong.
Having fun is all it takes.
Sway to the left sway to the right,
Come dance with me.
We’ll dance till the morning light.
Like slaves to that magical beat....
Seen at the C.N. Smith Farm in E. Bridgewater, Massachusetts, as part of their Ghoul Gallery inside the Farm Stand.
In honor of the late Martin Luther King, we gathered around a bell under a tree to ring a bell for peace at 3pm on August 28, 2013, like the rest of the United States. As the bell sounded, we rested in peace.

“And so let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire.
Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York.
Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania.
Let freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado.
Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California.
But not only that:
Let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia.
Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee.
Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi.
From every mountainside, let freedom ring.
And when this happens, when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:
Free at last! Free at last!”
—Martin Luther King, “I Have a Dream”
