You meet thousands of people, and none of them really touch you. And then you meet one person, and your life is changed forever.
I've always been that girl who knows the right words to say, when her friends are hurting. Or so I've been told. But I've found that I can never find the right words when I'm the one who's hurt. I find myself finding my own advice the biggest pile of bullshit on the planet. I'm the perfect example of those people "who should follow your own advice."
I tend to get really angry at the fact that I'm still able to be hurt. It's almost like I had forgotten the fact that I'm human just like everyone else, and can be hurt as well. No matter what I'd like to convince myself. The stone cold bottom line is, I am hurt. And I'm still capable of getting my heart broken. Maybe in a way (which I'm not ready to admit to myself yet) this happened for the best, to remind me what pain feels like again, so I will be more appreciative when it's gone and happiness returns. And the logically part of me, knows that it will. Just like I always tell everyone else and that life will go on. Here's to waiting for life to go on.

Syringe fingered Freddy. What with NECA reusing the molds to make all their figures it's no wonder they would release several iterations of Freddy from one film, each with various accessories so we can trick out Fred any way we want to. Much like the last figures I posted, this is a hybrid, using parts from the first Part3 Freddy release for the head, neck, and lower torso, but with the new sweater and syringe hands. I slightly modded the elbows to get an extra bend for this picture though so I'm cheating XD

Nimbin is a village in the Northern Rivers area of the Australian state of New South Wales, approximately 30 km (19 mi) north of Lismore, 33 km (21 mi) southeast of Kyogle, and 70 km (43 mi) west of Byron Bay.
Nimbin is notable for the prominence of its environmental initiatives such as permaculture, sustainability, self-sufficiency as well as the cannabis counterculture. Writer Austin Pick described his initial impressions of the village this way: "It is as if a smoky avenue of Amsterdam has been placed in the middle of the mountains behind frontier-style building facades. ... Nimbin is a strange place indeed."[2]
Nimbin has been described in literature and mainstream media as 'the drug capital of Australia', 'a social experiment' and 'an escapist sub-culture'. Nimbin has become an icon in Australian cultural history with many of the values first introduced there by the counterculture becoming part of modern Australian culture.[3]
July 16, 2016: I made it back to the gym! My friend Gennie swear by the stairs, but I only did it for 5 minutes and had to take a break twice. I will have to talk to my doctor about it all. I want to get into an exercise program that helps me lose the last 30 pounds I want to lose, but nothing that's going to have me hyperventilating. Walking and swimming are the one exercises I can do without wanting to die from a lack of breath.
And if you want to know, I climbed about 12 stories on this machine. When I worked in Atlanta, sometimes I did have to climb the 10 stories to my cube.
