Actually the title was inspired by a movie starring Keira Knightley 'Never Let Me Go'. And fyi, i used no macro lense.The lense is 18-55mm, the kit. I just set the camera mode into close-up mode. Then cropped it a bit. Done. :D

Its been more than a year im doing photography, "trying" to do, i'd rather say. Somehow it's not working though for me. Photography aint going anywhere but capturing random pictures. Hardly get critics! Get backstabbed even! lolz! people say ‘কি সব যে ## ছবি তুল!’ ‘এই সব তুলে হবে টা কি?’ ‘Photography isn’t for you’ ‘’ছবি তুলার তুমি কি বুঝো? হুম?” admit they are right. i know i know nothing. but i will never stop trying. never ever. that i for sure. Let it be as it is.

A victim of the illegal trade in wildlife, an ocelot (Leopardus pardalis) which once roamed as much as 20 sq km of forest habitat, is now forced to live out its remaining days in a cage as a pet. Trinidad & Tobago, W.I.
In my part of the world winter has yet to make a permanent appearance. One brief and fleeting hour of snow flurries and then back to the not very cold weather again. I'm begining to worry that winter as I love it is gone forever. I'm still holding out hope for a good snowfall before spring. In the meantime I covet the snow of others here in flickrland!

Life is a prison,
Oh God let me out.
No one to listen,
To hear when you shout.
Climb the walls of insanity,
Ride the waves of despair.
If you fall it don't matter,
There's no one to care.
Used to wish for a window,
To see birds, trees and sky,
But you're better without one -
Stops you aiming too high.
Watching freedom is painful,
For those locked away.
Seeing joy, love and happiness,
Another price that you pay.
Strong is good, weak is bad.
Be it false, be it true.
Your mind makes the choice,
And enforces it too.
Cell walls built by society,
With rules to adhere.
If you breach the acceptable,
You had better beware.
Hide the pain, carry on,
Routine is the key.
Don't let on that you're not,
What you're pretending to be.
Lock it all up inside you,
How badly that bodes.
Look out for that one day,
When it all just explodes.
Leaving naught but a shell,
Base functionality too.
But killing all else,
That was uniquely you.
So how do you grow,
With a timebomb inside?
Or how to defuse it,
Without destroying its ride?
Life Is A Prison by Puff
Providence College was founded in 1917 and it is run by the Dominican friars of the Province of St Joseph. This building, named after Bishop Harkins of Providence (1887-1921) who invited the friars to establish the College, is the iconic building on a beautiful leafy campus. At this time of year, the cherry blossom – I counted 6 varieties – are in full display and add to the charm of the College.
