66848 catches the morning sun with 6C97 08:00 Ivybridge - Margam TC, with 66849 ‘Wylam Dilly’ as tail gunner. As this was a Sunday, the gates at Newton Abbot had not yet opened as the first passenger service of the day had not arrived yet, rendering the station completely desolate.

Developed with Ilfosol 3. And this time, I really messed it up: On my developer mixing jug, I have two marks, one for 320 ml (1 x 135 film), and one for 600 ml (1x 120 film), and on this particular day, my brain chose to fill the jug up in accordance with the wrong mark. It was only after having processed the film in the developing tank for one minute or so that I realized that the tank felt a bit light. What to do in that instance? Well, I emptied the tank back into the mixing jug, mixed the stuff right this time, poored it back and kept on with the process for a length of time that "felt right". Better to take a chance than to just give up and throw the film away. And lo and behold, the result was OK :)
By the way, 6 x 9 is a delight!

This is a miniature Black Jack set, ment for holidays. So far it has not been used, we are not so keen on board games. I like to go biking, canoeing, climbing, walking and the lot. This shot is more or less SOOC
It was the contrast of colours that caught my eye as I drove past this building and surrounds, but upon closer inspection, saddened that there was also a certain amount of neglect.
