Veggie Recipe: Lentils

NOTES: this recipe includes salmon with the lentils, but forget that it's all about the legumes

- I go with Vegetable Stock instead of the Chicken stock

- I usually don't bother with the reduction of the stock, takes longer I am a little bit lazy

- instead of shallot you can also use yellow onion

Lentils vansinnesfärd genom den långa mörka Finspångsnatten, med hjärtinfarkten vid kontroll 27 och allt!

Sprang till största delen ensam mellan start och kontroll 7, samt bitvis på slutet efter att jag fått ett obehagligt tryck över bröstet efter varvningen. Bortsett från detta, ensamheten och ett svagt illamående, var det en trevlig resa.
