This is a common object, but not when made in lead. The design is often encountered in Victorian bronze and iron keys, but lead does occasionally turn up. The shank is a nice bulbous shape, the perforations in the thumb plate tear shaped. The recess in the end for locating on the tap is square in this case, triangular is more common. Weighs 50g. The style points more to this being an earlier piece, say 18c. high Georgian. Such keys were used in accessing beer or spirits from the cask, but also used for other tasks such as clock winding keys, opening doors and in some plumbing situations, so a definite identification is difficult. Found in the Lune Valley, Cumbria.

Bryan was just behind the lead runners by a few seconds. The lead runners was unfortunate to encounter a van on the course that didn't know what was happening other than a cop yelling at him to get out of the way...Instead of actually doing what he was told, the driver stopped the van until the cop yelled at him some more to 'move'... eventually the driver peeled off before he forced the lead runners off course.

Day 167 - I went in to substitute today. Its been a while since they have called me in. I miss the kids when Im gone. I was so happy to back with them again... they were all a little nuts today. One bad apple ruined the bunch and I had to stand firm, keep my thoughts to myself and lead by example. You are only shown respect when you dish it out as much as possible.

Approximately 2,000 students from throughout Elizabeth Public Schools attended morning and afternoon Law Enforcement Against Drugs (L.E.A.D.) Class of 2018 graduation ceremonies at the Thomas G. Dunn Sports Center. Among the speakers at the graduation ceremonies were L.E.A.D. officers Richard Hurler, Jennifer Perez, and Ina Silva of the Elizabeth Police Department; Elizabeth Board of Education President Maria Carvalho and Board member Stanley Neron; and Elizabeth Public Schools Superintendent Olga Hugelmeyer. Essynce Moore, a 16-year-old motivational speaker and founder of fashion line Essynce Couture, served as the special guest speaker, encouraging students to dream big and strive for their goals. L.E.A.D. officers Hurler, Perez, and Silva announced the winners of the L.E.A.D. essay contest and had all of the students stand to recite the L.E.A.D. pledge to end each of the ceremonies.
