British streetwear brand Aerosoul has been bridging the worlds of fashion and music for well over a decade. Initially conceived back in 1998, founder Leke Adesoye (who trained at the London College of Fashion) drew inspiration from the thriving underground jungle, hip-hop, soul and breakbeat scenes in his home city of London to create a brand that has remained synonymous with urban music and its vibrant sub cultures ever since.
Aerosoul's designs are worn by Roots Manuva, D-Double-E , Natty, Bryan G, MistaJam, Alix Perez, Omar, MJ Cole, A Guy Called Gerald, Paradox, DJ Die, Skinnyman, A.I, Normski, ZeroT, Zion I, Robert Owens, TY, Krust, General Levy, Mutt, Domu, Lynx & Kemo, The Insiders, Ill Logic & Raf and Rodney P plus many more from the music industry.
But Aerosoul is as much about fashion as music, and as such a diverse list of celebrities have been spotted rocking the brand. From the cast of Hollyoaks and Sky One’s Grease School Musical, to diva model Sophie Anderton, bands The Boo Radleys , London Elektricity and Groove Armada, and actors Adam Deacon and Stephen Graham – Aerosoul’s appeal reaches far beyond just urban music.

Zutaten:
Thymian-Dampfnudeln:
250 g fein gemahlenes Dinkelvollkornmehl (alternativ Weizenvollkornmehl)
125 ml (⅛ l) lauwarme laktosefreie Milch
1 TL Honig
¼ Würfel frische Hefe
1 Ei (Größe M)
1 EL zerlassenes Butaris oder Butaris „cremig-fein“
1 Prise Salz
Füllung:
1 Zwiebel, in Würfel geschnitten
1 Knoblauchzehe, in Würfel geschnitten
2 Zweige Thymian, die Blättchen abgezupft
2 gestrichene EL Butaris oder Butaris „cremig-fein“
3 EL Haselnüsse, geröstet und grob gehackt
Salz, grob gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
Pilzragout:
1 kleine Zwiebel, in Würfelchen geschnitten
200 g Pilze (Champignons, Pfifferlinge, Shiitake- oder Steinpilze), in Scheiben geschnitten
3 gestrichene EL Butaris oder Butaris „cremig-fein“
250 g laktosefreie Schlagsahne
1 TL Pfeilwurzmehl (alternativ anderes Stärkemehl), in wenig kaltem Wasser klümpchenfrei angerührt
Salz, frisch gemahlener Pfeffer
½ Bund glatte Petersilie, fein geschnitten

Souls of those who died for Church of Jesus Christ are in heaven now.
Catholic Church of Malaysia has suffered from attacks, where molotov coctails were used to burn down churches in Kuala Lumpur.
Members of Coptic Church of Egypt are suffering repeating attacks, not just rioting of their property, but dirty and shameless assasinations, which were done after Christmas service ended and they were leaving Church to go home.
Those scums, who carried out attacks have to be tried and punished in proper way, so no one would imagine to repeat such acts of mindless brutality.
These crimes should not be tolerated in any way, and local authorities, no matter are they Christian or Muslim, should use all their power and force to stop this and to take maximum efforts to do preventive action.

Zutaten:
Nuss-Honig-Kruste:
50 ml Entenfond
80 g Honig
75 g Butaris oder 75 ml (7½ EL) Butaris „cremig-fein“
1 kleines Stück Chilischote, kleingehackt
50 g Walnusskerne, gemahlen
50 g Mandeln, gemahlen
Salz
Ente:
4 Entenbrüste à 160 g, küchenfertig (weiblich)
2 gestrichene EL Butaris oder Butaris „cremig-fein“
2 Thymianzweige
1 Rosmarinzweig
1 TL Puderzucker
1 TL Tomatenmark
200 ml Rotwein
1 kleine Zwiebel
500 ml Entenfond
Salz
1 Prise Zucker
Pfeffer aus der Mühle
1 EL kalte Butaris-Flocken
Rosenkohlgemüse:
500 g Rosenkohl (nicht tiefgefroren)
2 gestrichene EL Butaris oder Butaris „cremig-fein“
Salz
Pfeffer
Muskatnuss, gerieben
Außerdem: Küchentuch, ein feines Sieb, Küchenkrepp
Vorbereitung: Den Backofen auf 120 °C vorheizen.
