CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait - 35 Soldiers of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division participated in the Dagger Distinguished Leaders Program Board on Jan. 22, 2016 at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The program identifies candidates in the rank of Sergeant to Major that demonstrate superb leadership potential while also meeting a strict criteria regarding their APFT score, weapons qualification, and other administrative functions to be eligible.
