Tom R. Chambers has produced (image editing/enhancement and layout) these Space posters. The images and information are courtesy of NASA. He hopes that they will motivate and inspire both the teacher and student.
Not only do the posters exist to inform and inspire, but also to motivate the students to do the same via photo editing and graphic arts software by accessing NASA images and doing research.

This process is called "knowledge visualization", and it provides an excitation factor as it relates to learning.
There is also the possibility of incorporating "Literacy Through Photography" by encouraging the students to write about the Space images.
Chambers is a former research analyst at the Lunar Receiving Laboratory during Project Apollo (1969-1972) and an educator of middle school Technology Applications (2007-2013).
