This large vase is by German maker Karlsruhe Majolika, likely from the 1960's or 1970's. It is marked Karlsruhe Made in Germany Chantal.

Karlsruhe is served by both local and long distance trams. This is a Düwag city type low floor tram of type GT6-70D/N with 6-axles delivered in 1995 (series 221-230). The leading and trailing trucks are powered and the 2 centre axles under the middle section are unpowered. Fitted with 90 seats and rated at 508 kW, 681 hp.
