This is the first of seven Arts and Crafts Kid Camps through Sandpoint Arts Alliance this summer. I thought I was a fan of duct-tape, but the kiddos proved to me they are much bigger fans. Although painting, finger painting, paper for the covers was quite fun too, I'm just glad the duct-tape didn't come out until the third day. We wrote and shared prompt ideas on a page for those days when it's hard to rally up an idea. I had plenty of fun - by the looks of the kiddos I'm guessing they did too.

Each family receives a Here Comes Kindergarten family journal to keep track of progress and record memories.
Give a Journal Greeting from JournalJunky.com. Each journal is accented by a lovely ribbon closure. There are approximately 45 natural unlined two-sided pages, giving the writer, poet, or artist 90 page spaces on which to freely express himself or herself with no restraints.
I offer two sizes. The most popular size is 4" W by 6" L. This is the perfect size to fit in a purse, bag, or briefcase. The larger journal measures 8" W by 5 1/2" L.

my second attempt at bookbinding. Obviously still need lots of practice. This enormous gap comes after the first signature. I don't know where I went wrong. Blogged here.
