I made this sweet little jacket using some very soft chocolate brown cotton drill fabric, and used some un-dyed calico to line the jacket. The pockets are made using a sturdy canvas fabric, with a very sweet print of little hedgehogs, getting around the forest in search for their crowns!

The lace is from a absolutely beautiful vintage night gown. The chiffon fell apart in my hands but the lace was in great shape. The wool jacket is a zip-out liner from a long vintage trench coat.

I hate that it looks so wrinkled here! Bad lighting brings that out; the cotton is actually pretty wrinkle-free.
