Baby jacket in progress. Yarn: Bouton d'Or Baby Superwash. Pattern: Arbousier Jacket #58 from Bouton d'Or Layette Book #14.
Still smiling. Stop it, you idiot!
This is what we've been wearing so far - we'd collapse if they put us in jackets as well. At work I have my name badge on, and also stockings (ick!) and black shoes. Mmm.
It's actually a little hard to tell from this picture, but it really is too short for me.
The photographer felt that my left hand was not contributing to this shot. I do not question the photographer's judgement.

Concept design of a jacket for a friend, to cover up an existing design on the back. She knew that she wanted a "vaporwave" colour scheme: bright pinks, blues, purples and oranges. She also knew she wanted something futuristic, with line art and lots of details. We wanted to explore the idea that advances in technology don’t always lead to advances in quality of life. We worked very closely together to design the layout, character and background. Through this process I learned that I work best when exchanging and discussing ideas. The jacket is still in progress, with some of the line art needing to be traced over before it’s complete.
My Morning Jacket is a Louisville group that has gone rather big time. In fact, you can check them out at Madison Square Garden this coming New Year's Eve. This was their first concert back in Louisville in a number of years.
My Morning Jacket - Kool Haus - June 16, 2008.
It was wonderful to finally find out what makes My Morning Jacket one of the greatest live bands on the planet today. 2 and a half hours is a long time to stand on the hard Kool Haus floor, but this is a small price to pay as far as I'm concerned.
Of course, it’s not just about the jacket. The matching skirt, often full or A-line, brings softness to the ensemble.https://www.timelesslondon.co.uk/products/cropped-charcoal-check-jacket
Take Timeless London’s Sophie Charcoal Woollen Check Tartan Midi Swing Skirt. Matching sets, or co-ords, have steadily climbed the fashion charts because they simplify dressing and always look pulled-together. Once seen as strictly office or school uniforms, the tailored two-piece suit (blazer + skirt) has been reclaimed as a style statement. This trend isn’t just a passing fad: style stars and editors have been spotlighting monochrome and tonal co-ords from the runways to the streets. As a recent Who What Wear piece notes, a smart blazer-and-skirt combo is “a game-changing fashion formula” that even celebrities are embracing. With classic accessories (think structured leather handbag, sleek boots, and minimal jewelry), a co‑ord set feels both editorial and wearable. The payoff is a look that requires almost no thinking; the pieces were made to go together, yet it reads modern and refined.
