Jacket potato with vegan marge and mayo. The red onion and mushroom are fried with garlic and a bit of balsamic vinegar.

The lime green one on the left was so fine - must have been knit on 1.5mm sticks!! And see the Feb Baby Jacket on the right - second prize! Lots of pastels but these two in particular stood out colourwise.
