I liked the unique way this Market trader in Cambridge city centre was making use of the railings to sell their men's clothing
The opulent self-indulgence of this jacket is impossible to ignore, as it beckons to be worn. It is a sensual dream as one slides into the superbly glossy satin lining. It is such a treat, dictating that I often find myself wearing it 'au naturale' as it were. My modesty maintained in this instance by an equally glossy satin scarf

For Macro Mondays theme 'Trinkets'.
This miniature 'vase' is actually a tiny glass brooch for a dress or lapel pin for a coat or jacket that can hold water. I have no idea how old this trinket is - it originally belonged to my grandmother. A great deal of skill would have been required to produce this trinket, especially as it is so small - they don't make them like this anymore!

I added 2 extra buttons and lengthened the sleeves by 3" to full length. Size 12.

You have to know that the 'crushed raspberry' colour is a big favourite in my colour palette.
An uplifting colour.
As it was rather pricey, I sat on my wallet, LOL.
Big surprise, the next Saturday... it was waiting for me.
Paul had bought it for me.
It is still a cherished item!
