The Iris Germanica grows up to 90 cm high and 10 cm wide. The roots can go up to 10 cm deep.

This is probably the best shot of this iris variety I have ever taken. It's SOOC. Morning sun was lighting it up against a shaded building, plus I used the 'sunset' setting which darkens and brings out reds.
