Back in the day when 'shuffle' was the motion made by my Nan when she got out of her chair to turn the radio up.
This was known as a wireless, when the word was a noun not an adjective.
Pirate had a different meaning then too. Countless teenagers would huddle under the covers with one of these to listen to pirate radio stations like Radio Caroline.
Possible portrait mode. Apple does have that slick tilt sensor, mabye they can finally put in a drop-safe harddrive feature.

Linux running on my trusty old 3G iPod. Because I can now change the sample rate that it records at, my old iPod is now my new high-quality dictaphone.

I had to wait until mid-2004 to get my first iPod (the white one above). Little did I know I was going to be flooded by them. All of them work with the exception of the 4th generation 20 gigs one, which decided to fly to iPod heaven a week or so ago. :(

My 3 iPods, left to right: 2nd generation 1 GB iPod shuffle in it's own little dock, 4th generation 8 GB iPod nano in Apple Universal Dock (older version), 2nd generation 4 GB iPod nano.
I tried to get a better shot but as it was windy the poor little iPod on the right kept falling flat on it's face. I like to take photos outdoors now, there's nothing like natural sunlight.

My husband gave this iPod touch and leather case for me at Christmas.
You can choose and download the favorite one from tons of applications. It's very fun !
