my first pic for WAH for a while. not exactly in the rules for the window frame but does for me.
I have driven to Cardiff and back today, so still minimal input. hope to be back in the game next week.

I am very sorry about possible inconveniences ...
In front of our house is this huge tree which I started calling the bee-tree, since it is buzzing with insects - mostly bees and bumble bees, flies, butterflies and everything else loving its nectar from the thousands of blossoms. Since my Mum passed 10 days ago it is kind of a new habit to sit on the bench that I installed for her last summer on the porch out front (she was housebound for the last 3 years), have my second morning tea and enjoying the shadow and smell of this tree, its smells and the sound of all them insects. And today I recognised a much bigger striped insect - and realised it was a hornet! Not especially a big fan but am glad they seem to be back. So my input for MM is striped insect.
Love the reflection of the sky on its back.

This couldn’t have been done without the encouragement and creative input of my husband and my two little ones, who finally let Mommy work on this only after they have fallen asleep.

-[ I is for Interface Inputs ]-
A two-fer: Input jacks on a USB audio interface. This device came in handy back in the fall of 2020 for a pandemic-era streamed 16mm movie screening I helped present, digitizing the sound (the device was set up below the projector stand).
Some of you with only a casual interest in audio production may have not seen input jacks like these, a clever combination of XLR and ¼“ (6.35mm) TRS phone jacks in one space-saving package.
It is actually a considered way to the input of the concert hall.
The Dortmunder concert hall is famous because of its fantastic acoustics.

Ok so maybe I should have gave you some warning!!!!
Something about doing photos like this that I find empowering. I get a totally different kind of confidence that almost enables me to confront the world head on saying hell I am here what you gonna do about it??
I think its because I am proud of this body, of who I am, and how it enables me to be in control.
some may disapprove, some may say it cheapens who I have become! I say it makes me the woman I have come to be.
And yep I am a tease just cant help it :-)
Hiya everyone
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped make this photo my most commented on one and to all those who made it a favorited as it now has over two hundred faves the most any photo of mine has.
Big hugs xxxxxx to you all :-)
Yes people could call be shallow but your input into my journey is important to me and helps make me improve also makes posting photos worthwhile

A four-input audio and video selector from back when analog composite video was under fire and the once-mighty Radio Shack (then renamed RadioShack) was on a path to irrelevance.
I bought this selector switch for film festival use back when we we had to juggle multiple video formats, in addition to 35mm film. I stopped using it after the move to digital cinema and Blu-Ray Discs, letting it gather dust, awaiting eventual donation or recycling.

While this may be fictional, I wanted to re-experiment with forced perspective methods as well as a new method of mine to make more textured walls (seen near the operator with the M249).
I know it's been quite a while since I posted, but I've been much busier than I anticipated this summer, and my basement just flooded, which is where all of my Lego bricks are kept. Disastrous.

I tried to convey a feeling of drama in this image--I'm not sure if I succeeded (?) I was a little torn between the vast colour shift between the rushing water and the sky but decided to upload regardless and try and get some input/constructive comments on the overall presentation.
