2 runs of cat6 and 1 of RG-6 to each room makes for a lot of termination. These cat6 keystone jacks from monoprice were my bane -- cheap, but a lot harder to wire than others I've used.

My first batch of angora dyed with acid dyes. I have played around with
Koolaid dyeing with small batches of seconds angora to make cat toys. This
is the first time I've plopped my gorgeous prime angora into a dye pot! I
like the result! Thanks to Chris at Woolybuns for much advice and great
tips!
I wonder what the tourists going by thought as they passed, though. I was out in my Tasha Tudor dress with my straw hat, swinging a purple mesh bag filled with purple angora to spin out the water! In the afternoon when the Parkway is crowded!

Making concrete tiles for my cousin's xmas gift. Her 2 huskies died this year (16years old). this is early stage doing the clay before making the latex mold and ultimately pouring concrete. more to come

i'm working on a zero-budget makeover of this closet into a tiny little office - - just enough space for my printer, an electronics re-charging station, my mail & paperwork, and camera equipment
eh. this morning decided to bring in color. Ive laid in some indian red/venitian red glazes and some yellows. working on warms now then will go in with lighter colors. Im working mostly in glazes because i brought up so much in monochromes underneath. A little different.
And decided that I couldn't bear to tear apart the earrings, so here is the first one that I am making into a necklace.
I'm hoping that once I oxidize it with the chain (and not with chems this time), that the pearls won't draw away from the piece as a whole.
