Custom prima dolly Paris for Cybermelli/Melissa... she's going to get black and red highlights and a more choppy bob, (or so the plan goes! :D)
Her make-up is finished; and eyelids are shown in some of these previews. A note about her lids... Melissa wanted union jacks, which I thought was a fabulous idea! These are handpainted - and therefore not as perfect as if I'd just slapped a piece of paper with the design on there... but I honestly prefer the human touch, so hope these meet with her mum's approval! :D

I've been working on this drawing since the beginning of December. I don't normally draw more than one or two characters per drawing so this is rare for me. ^__^; I'm trying to practice more often with my markers, developing skills and all that.
I don't normally color or finish drawings so this is much farther than I've usually gone before! My project is to draw all my girls. So far there it's my two Assa's and Nina. ^^;
The sketches in the back behind them are Latte, Anne Shirley and most likely Holly. :) I wonder how long this will take me to finish. ^__^;;
Update: Progress is here

No it's not perfect, it's actually under construction.
Sorry for the drawing spam. ^^; Working on the backgrounds. It's challenging! I never draw more than one character per drawing, and I hardly ever draw backgrounds. Got to keep trying, trying, trying!
I still need to knit the lining and block it so that it doesn't have that little nipple at the top. I was going to knit his name into the lining, but I have this fear that it's going to be too small, so I think I'll do a plain lining, send it out and if it's too small he can send it back, it'll be mine and I'll make him another, moving up a needle size.

Quilt top is all pieced.
I plan to embroider some birds into the sashing too...

This was meant to be a single-skein practice square that would be felted and sewn into a little change purse. I'm loving it so much that I'm thinking about forgoing the felting, buying more yarn and making it a scarf instead.
Finished stitching down one plate to the teal background square. I'm working on the next block (underneath) using a different color embroidery floss :) This project brings me joy to no end :)
