Three wenge boards sandwiched together to form a 3x3 leg

I need to go through and label and add some more information and work on the arrangement. Any suggestions? I also want to include some images of textures that I found in my area, reflecting the abuse that the people of this community have inflicted in their neighborhoods.

Pieced and partially stuffed pincushion. I ran out of fiberfill, GOOD JOB. This will be a gift for one of my friends who is just learning how to sew. I bought some fancy decorative pins to go with it.

The tiles are 6x6 instead of the old 4x4. less grout to clean! Almost all installed and grouted
