The Turkish word 'keyif' means many things, but pleasure is the main one...as a noun, but there is the verb 'keyif almak' similar to 'to indulge'. Many activities are used with this phrase...çay keyifi (tea pleasure/indulgence) not the tea you have with breakfast or at your desk...but the one you sit back and enjoy, perhaps even immerse yourself in. Plaj keyifi, (beach pleasure/indulgence) sit there and enjoy...
Seems to me it is all about taking in the pleasure of that moment, just like this Turkish street cat stetched out on a boat awning enjoying a bit of warm January sun.

Macro Monday theme - Low Key
My daughter knows my favorite spot for coffee and she sends me my Dunkin Donuts gift card for Mothers Day. Every once in a while I indulge in one of their tasty donuts as well.

The Brief:
For this weeks challenge we ask you to shoot 'Something Red' and then present it in the style of English artist Richard Telford.... So the 'Red' part of your image stays red and the background is converted to black and white.
I've elected to process my image in a painterly style to take the Telford connection a step farther.
