Nelson is a 7-month-old Toy Poodle. “He loves to snuggle with us on the couch and there's never a shortage of kisses,” says his dog mom, Elizabeth. “Even though Nelson is only 5 1/2 pounds, he's become a terrific watch dog. He is always rolling over and asking for tummy rubs. We just can't resist that adorable tummy!”
Sophia-Louise is a Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix who’s about 7 years old. Two months after her dog mom, Ann-Marie, adopted her from a rescue, she felt a tiny lump near Sophia-Louise’s lower breast. Her vet said it was a tumor, “so just to be safe, they removed her breast and biopsied the tumor. It turned out to be benign,” Ann-Marie says. “This is Sophia-Louise, after her surgery. She looked like a suffering saint! Ann-Marie says her dog “is the cutest, sassiest piece of work I ever met. People smile when they see her.”

YoYo is a 1-year-old Min Pin whose dog mom, Claudia, rescued him from out of a ferret cage. “He always puts a smile on my face and he thanks me every day with lots of kisses,” Claudia says. “Who could say no to a cute belly and face like his?”

Ben is a 4-year-old Lab-Husky mix who was adopted about a year ago. “When I received an email asking if someone could foster this guy, the instant I saw the picture I knew he was my sort of dog,” said his dog mom, Holly. “He was my first foster dog, and my daughter and I loved him so much, we decided to adopt him.”
Holly said Ben is a clown who constantly makes her and her daughter giggle. He likes to be used as a “pillow, foot warmer, stuffed animal, body pillow, or blanket.”

In this photo, Ar Ja is “teaching Dusty a thing or two,” says their dog mom, Cynthia. “Ar Ja was found wandering alone at the base of a mountain when he was less than 8 weeks old. It appeared that he had been on his own for awhile. We rescued Dusty during an adoption day at PetSmart. He had been passed over twice. He was just waiting for us to come along.” Cynthia says Ar Ja has been a loving and loyal dog, and Dusty has the sweetest disposition. “The two of them have brought us great joy.”
Ziggy is a 2-year-old Schnauzer-Border Terrier-Brussels Griffon mix. “My favorite thing about Ziggy's belly is that it's what I wake up to every morning!” says Chelsea, his dog mom. “He sleeps by the pillow next to me, cuddled with his favorite giant teddy bear. When my alarm goes off, he will stretch tiredly and roll over onto his back so I can scratch his tummy; it's the best, and only, way to start the day!”

Pumpkin is a 3½-year-old rescue Pit mix. “I love her belly because it's soft and pink, mostly bald and so fun to rub,” says her dog mom, Melissa. “Pumpkin is a big snuggler and such an empathetic dog. She helped me to heal my heartbreak by just loving me and being with me. We often soul-gaze together and she offers me lots of loving support. She loves to eat carrots and sweet potatoes, raw!”
