I liked this shot better, but my game crashed when I tried to hotsample. Didn't manage to get the demon to do this again, or not in an attractive place. Pity!

Trying to get these Pinkies in this rendition to look menacing is a feat in and of itself. The cyborg version in Doom 3 made more of an impression on me.

Quake, released almost 25 years ago, was a major revolution in the first-person shooter genre. The first game of this type to represent reasonably realistic environments in true 3D space, it set a trend which almost all games have been following since. This is an origami rendition of the game's logo, folded from a 20 cm square. I'm sure much better shaping is possible with a larger sheet.

Doom Eternal is coming out tomorrow, so here's an origami version of the cover art of the first Doom game from 1993. Origami from a single square sheet, no cutting or glue. The paper is Grainy from Origami Shop - I plan to write a longer review when time allows but in brief, it made a good impression and I think the texture is a good fit for this model.
